Please note the following:
- Our devices are delivered with the firmware valid at the time of production.
- We strive to continuously optimize our products. Therefore, as part of product upgrades, we offer firmware updates free of charge that can be downloaded from the product selector on the product pages and transferred to the corresponding SAMSON device. A tool to install updates is available free of charge.
- The power supply must not be disconnected during an update.
- It is assumed that users regularly check for new firmware updates and installed them on their devices. In particular, it is important to check for updates and install them before every start-up of a device.
- Any after-sales service activities are based on the assumption that the latest firmware is installed on the device.
- The SAMSON NE53 newsletter keeps users up to date on any software or hardware revisions in accordance with NAMUR Recommendation NE 53.
On subscribing to our newsletter users are notified of any software and hardware revisions for the selected device(s).
