Certified Service Partners
ASE GmbH Armaturen, Service & Engineering is a service partner certified by SAMSON AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT. Certified service partners are trained regularly by SAMSON to handle, repair and service SAMSON products. Tests or work assignments serve to verify the effectiveness of the training.
Additionally, the operational and administrative business units are subject to regular auditing to ensure that SAMSON products are repaired and serviced according to our specifications. Modern workshop facilities with all the required tools as well as monitoring and measuring equipment are additional key factors which indicate that high-quality services can be provided.
The certified service partner has unrestricted access to all of SAMSON's latest rules and procedures (e.g. workshop manuals) and is obliged to align its internal structures and processes with the standardized process at SAMSON AG.
