At its meeting on April 30, 2024, the Supervisory Board of SAMSON AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT decided to dismiss Dr. Thomas Steckenreiter as a member of the Executive Board with immediate effect.
Until further notice, Dr. Steckenreiter's current area of responsibility will be assigned to the Chairman of the Executive Board, Dr. Andreas Widl.
The Management Board will consist of the following members from May 1, 2024:
